全面動員員工參與持續(xù)改善,鼓勵員工提建議、方案,建立機制予以評審、實施、考核、獎勵。

2、近期主要改善 Recent Major Improvement
(1)實施ERP系統(tǒng)管理鑄件庫存以及沒有加工工序,以進一步保障客戶的及時交付。

(2)在部分生產(chǎn)單元試點改良績效考核,提升員工的責任感,鼓勵員工多勞多得。
Trial run of optimized KPI system in certain production units. Target to enhance the accountability of employee, meanwhile, motivate employee to ‘More work, More pay’.
(3)建立出口轉向團隊,同時改良工藝目標實現(xiàn)出口零缺陷,從2018年開始出口美國與墨西哥,預計2020年銷售額達到1500萬人民幣。
